Keeping Track On my Journey to Fitness

 The purpose of this blog is to record my daily fitness activities. Today was my first time using the military gym at the Joint Forces San Antonio (JFSA) base. Nice experience and nice gym here is what I accomplished: 1. Bench press bar, 5 lbs, 10 lbs 2. 45 deg press: 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs 3. Chest curls: 5, 10, 15 4. Shoulder curls: 25, 35, 45 5. Triceps: 20, 35, 45 6. Biceps: 5, 10, 15 7. Walked 1.25 miles
